# Резерв недоступен или неверен

Клиентский резерв может формироваться вручную, из фактического баланса, файла или связанного правила. Определите, какой источник должен быть главным для конкретной валюты.

## Проверка

1. Откройте **«Основное» — «Резервы для валют» — «Список резервов»**.
2. Проверьте валюту, текущее значение, источник и последнее обновление.
3. Если используется файл, проверьте **«Основное» — «Резервы для валют» — «Резервы из файла»**, группу и доступность источника.
4. Проверьте скрытый или страховой остаток, если он настроен.
5. Проверьте лимиты направления и текущие незавершённые заявки.
6. Сопоставьте резерв с фактическим остатком провайдера или кошелька.

## Типовые причины

Резерв может быть нулевым из-за остановленного обновления, ошибки файла, выключенной связи, неподходящей валюты или вычета занятых средств. Завышенное значение часто означает, что фактический баланс изменился, а источник ещё не обновился.

Не увеличивайте резерв вручную выше фактической возможности выплаты. Если источник недоступен, безопаснее временно остановить направление.

## Проверка результата

После исправления повторно откройте резерв в панели и главную страницу обменного пункта. Проверьте максимальную сумму новой заявки и фактическую доступность выплаты.
