# Реквизиты не выдаются

Проверьте отдельно наличие подходящего реквизита, правило выбора, мерчант и состояние заявки.

## Для обычной выдачи

Откройте **«Основное» — «Платежные реквизиты» — «Список реквизитов»** и проверьте статус, валюту, банк, лимиты, остаток, привязки и доступность. Затем проверьте правила мерчанта и направления.

Если подходящий реквизит есть, но выбран другой, сравните приоритеты, лимиты и историю выбора.

## Для режима по запросу

Проверьте, что заявка действительно ожидает выдачу, а срок ожидания не истёк. У оператора должно быть отдельное право на выдачу реквизитов по заявке.

Если мерчант уже создал платёж, ручная выдача может быть недоступна или нежелательна. Сначала откройте журнал мерчанта.

## Клиентский экран

После выдачи обновите страницу заявки по её клиентской ссылке и проверьте статус, поля и срок оплаты. Если панель показывает выдачу, а клиент — ожидание, проверьте сохранённое состояние заявки, кеш и доставку события.

Не отправляйте реквизиты только сообщением в чат, обходя журналируемое действие панели.
