# Заявка не меняет статус

Сначала определите ожидаемое событие: оплата, callback, проверка, действие оператора, согласование, выплата или фоновая задача.

## Проверка карточки

Откройте заявку и проверьте текущий статус, этап процесса, назначенного оператора, блокировки, сроки, платёж клиента, проверку и выплату. Затем откройте историю статусов.

Если статус менялся и вернулся, найдите событие между переходами. Не устанавливайте следующий статус вручную до понимания автоматического правила.

## Профильный источник

Для платежа клиента проверьте мерчант и его журнал. Для реквизитов — журнал реквизитов. Для выплаты — автовыплату и идентификатор операции. Для AML и KYC — соответствующий журнал. Для кода или согласования — незавершённый запрос защищённой операции.

## Фоновые процессы

Если внешний результат уже есть, но карточка не обновилась, проверьте очереди, планировщик и связь реального времени. Не создавайте второй внешний платёж.

## Ручное решение

Ручной переход допустим только после подтверждения фактического состояния и понимания побочных действий статуса. После него проверьте уведомления, резерв, начисления и историю.
