# Уведомление не пришло

Сначала определите канал, получателя, событие и ожидаемый шаблон. Уведомление панели, клиентское сообщение на сайте, email и Telegram настраиваются отдельно.

## Проверка канала

Для email откройте **«Настройки» — «Общие настройки» — «Уведомления» — «E-mail уведомления»**. Проверьте отправителя, подключение, статус и тестовую отправку.

Для Telegram откройте **«Настройки» — «Общие настройки» — «Уведомления» — «Telegram уведомления»**. Проверьте бота, получателя, подписку на событие и тест.

Для Broadcast проверьте одноимённую страницу и соединение реального времени. Для клиентского уведомления проверьте **«Основное» — «Уведомления»** и его аудиторию, место, период и статус.

## Проверьте событие и шаблон

Убедитесь, что заявка действительно достигла события, для которого включён шаблон. Проверьте активный язык, получателя и заполнение обязательных меток.

Предпросмотр шаблона подтверждает текст, но не доставку. Выполните тестовое событие или предусмотренную тестовую отправку.

## Фоновые процессы

Если настройки верны, проверьте очередь, неудачные задания и журнал отправки. При массовой задержке не нажимайте отправку многократно: после восстановления очередь может доставить все копии.

## Внешняя доставка

Для email проверьте отклонение, спам и репутацию домена. Для Telegram — доступность бота и правильность чата. Не публикуйте токены в обращении поддержки.
