# Проблемы KYC и AML

KYC подтверждает личность, AML оценивает риск операции или адреса. Ошибка интеграции не равна отрицательному результату проверки.

## Проверьте сервис

Откройте **«Утилиты» — «KYC сервисы»** или **«Утилиты» — «AML Сервисы»**. Проверьте статус, выбранного провайдера, обязательные поля и результат теста подключения.

Если используется прокси, проверьте его состояние отдельно. Не заменяйте ключ, пока не установлено, что старый отозван или неверен.

## Проверьте заявку

Откройте запись в разделе верификации и профильный журнал. Сопоставьте заявку, провайдера, внешний идентификатор, время запроса и последний статус.

Ожидание результата, ошибка связи с сервисом и отрицательный результат проверки имеют разный смысл. Не отклоняйте клиента из-за технической ошибки без правил вашей организации.

## Повторная проверка

Перед повтором убедитесь, что провайдер не создал успешный результат, который ещё не обработан локально. После повтора проверьте, что у заявки один актуальный итог.

## Конфиденциальность

Не отправляйте документы клиента и полный отчёт риска по незащищённому каналу. В ответе клиенту не раскрывайте внутренние пороги, источники и правила противодействия обходу контроля.
