# Неверный курс или итоговая сумма

Итог заявки формируется из источника курса, направления, комиссий, скидок, промокодов, платёжной системы, округления и сохранённых условий. Сначала определите, какая именно часть расходится.

## Сверьте заявку

В карточке заявки запишите исходные суммы, расчётный курс, рыночный курс, комиссии, бонусы и итог. Для уже созданной заявки используйте её сохранённые данные, а не только текущую карточку направления.

## Проверьте направление

Откройте **«Основное» — «Направление обмена» — «Список направлений»** и проверьте:

* выбранный источник курса;
* формулу и коэффициенты;
* страхование курса;
* комиссии направления;
* комиссию платёжной системы;
* профиль прибыли;
* правила выбора комиссии;
* точность и округление.

Затем откройте соответствующий раздел **«Парсер курсов»** и проверьте исходное значение и время обновления.

## Проверьте пользователя

Для авторизованного клиента проверьте скидочную программу, уровень, промокод и другие начисления. Сравните с гостевой тестовой заявкой.

## Перерасчёт

Предварительный перерасчёт используйте для анализа. Применение перерасчёта к рабочей заявке требует понимания причины и подтверждения клиентских условий. Не меняйте историческую заявку только для совпадения с текущим курсом.

После исправления проверьте суммы ниже, внутри и выше ключевых порогов.
