# Проблемы экспорта

Экспорт зависит от прав, фильтров, выбранных полей, фоновой очереди и срока хранения готового файла.

## Не создаётся экспорт

Проверьте право на экспорт и дополнительное согласование клиентских данных. Уменьшите период и выполните тест на небольшом наборе. Прочитайте сообщение формы и убедитесь, что выбран допустимый формат.

## Экспорт ожидает

Откройте историю экспортов и проверьте статус. Если задание не начинается, проверьте планировщик и очередь. Не создавайте много одинаковых заданий: после восстановления они могут выполниться одновременно.

## Данные не совпадают

Сохраните фильтры и время запуска. Сравните несколько строк с карточками заявок и учитывайте часовой пояс, архив, статус и момент формирования. Готовый файл является снимком на время экспорта и не обновляется после изменения заявок.

## Безопасность файла

Скачивайте экспорт только на защищённое устройство, не пересылайте по открытому каналу и удаляйте по принятому сроку. Если ссылка истекла, создайте новый экспорт вместо попытки открыть старый технический адрес.
