# Направление не видно клиенту

Доступность пары определяется одновременно активностью валют, направления, города, резерва, лимитов и рабочего режима. Поэтому проверяйте всю цепочку, а не одну настройку.

## Проверка

1. В **«Основное» — «Валюты» — «Список валют»** проверьте обе валюты и нужные сети.
2. В **«Основное» — «Направление обмена» — «Список направлений»** проверьте статус направления.
3. Откройте карточку направления и проверьте режим, группу, города и условия отображения.
4. Проверьте минимальную и максимальную сумму.
5. Проверьте доступный резерв валюты «Получаю».
6. Проверьте источник курса и возможность расчёта.
7. Проверьте **«Утилиты» — «Статус работы»** и правила расписания.
8. Проверьте GeoIP, если направление ограничено по местоположению.

## Клиентская проверка

Откройте `https://ваш_домен` в приватном окне, выберите валюты заново и проверьте нужный язык и город. Не используйте только ранее открытую форму: она может сохранять старый выбор.

Если видна одна валюта, но не пара, проверьте направление и его зависимости. Если не видна сама валюта, начинайте с её статуса, сети, группы и клиентского отображения.

## После исправления

Создайте новую тестовую заявку. Старые заявки не должны использоваться как доказательство новых настроек отображения.
