# Проблемы чата заявки

Проверьте глобальную настройку, статус заявки, состояние конкретного диалога и канал доставки событий.

## Клиент не видит чат

Откройте **«Настройки» — «Общие настройки» — «Дополнительно» — «Онлайн чат»**. Проверьте включение чата в заявках и список разрешённых статусов. Затем убедитесь, что конкретный чат не закрыт оператором.

Если открыт активный запрос полей, обычный ввод клиента заблокирован до заполнения или отмены. Это ожидаемое поведение.

## Оператор не видит сообщения

Проверьте право на онлайн-чат заявок, фильтр центра и номер заявки. Откройте карточку заявки и сравните историю.

Если сообщение появляется после обновления, данные сохранены, но нарушена доставка в реальном времени. Проверьте Broadcast, соединение браузера и фоновые процессы.

## Не загружается файл

Проверьте глобальное разрешение файлов, индивидуальный запрет диалога, расширение, размер и дневной лимит. Поддерживаются только разрешённые изображения и PDF.

## Не отправляется ответ

Проверьте, не закрыт ли чат, не выполняется ли предыдущая отправка и не превышена ли длина сообщения. Не обновляйте страницу многократно во время отправки: сначала проверьте, появилось ли сообщение в истории.
