# Broadcast уведомления

Раздел управляет сообщениями, которые клиент получает на открытом сайте в реальном времени. Для работы требуется право «Настройки уведомлений» или «Общие настройки».

## Где находится

Откройте:

**«Настройки» — «Общие настройки» — «Уведомления» — «Broadcast уведомления»**

## Параметры

«Включить модуль» разрешает доставку событий в реальном времени. «Краткий текст после успешного обмена» задаётся по локалям. «Разрешить вывести уведомление о завершении заявки» включает всплывающее сообщение после успешного финала.

Включённый модуль не заменяет email или Telegram. Если клиент закрыл страницу, уведомление на сайте не является гарантированным каналом доставки.

## Проверка

1. Включите модуль и сообщение о завершении.
2. Заполните текст активных локалей.
3. Откройте тестовую заявку на клиентском сайте.
4. Завершите её из панели управления.
5. Не обновляя клиентскую страницу, дождитесь сообщения.
6. Проверьте повторное подключение после краткого разрыва сети.
7. Отключите модуль и подтвердите отсутствие нового сообщения.

Если событие видно только после обновления страницы, проверьте работу канала реального времени и его фонового сервиса. Сама заявка при этом может быть завершена корректно.
