# Как добавить комментарий к заявке пользователя?

Чтобы добавить комментарий к заявке для клиента, перейдите в раздел **"Заявки** — **Список заявок"**, выберите заявку к которому хотите прикрепить файл и нажмите на **"Комментарий"**

На открывшейся окне, добавьте текст для клиента

Далее, в карточке заявки клиент будет видеть сообщение которую написал менеджер.
