# Чёрный список

Для работы со внутренним черным списком в панели управления откройте раздел **"Утилиты — Черный список".**

Нажмите на иконку настроек

Включите работу черного списка

Способ действий **— выберите подходящий способ**&#x20;

* **Ошибка —** Если введенные клиентам данные находятся в черном списке, заявка не будет создана и клиент получит ошибку.

* **Остановить выплату —** Если введенные клиентам данные находятся в черном списке, в этом случае автовыплата не пройдет. *<mark style="color:red;">(Если автоматизация не настроена, нет необходимости выбирать этот пункт)</mark>*

Для добавления новой записи в черный список, нажмите кнопку **"Добавить запись"**

На открывшейся окне, введите необходимые данные

* **Значение —** укажите информацию которую хотите добавить в черный список (номера счетов, ip адреса, e-mail ...)
* **Описание —** укажите причину добавления данных в черный список
